This week: Texas v. Delaware, Ken Paxton, and Houston's Streets
This week we are introducing the first installment of what will hopefully become a regular series: the “Roundup.” These regular posts will simply collect recent major Texas legal news stories from the last week and put them in one place. At least at first, they will not contain any analysis—just links. This series will be less in-depth than our coverage of the Texas Supreme Court, but more comprehensive.
